AI & Hosting Use Policy

This policy sets the rules that keep SKAEL’s AI features and Site hosting (the “Service”, provided by DAYO GROUP Inc., “we”) safe, stable and fair for every user. It forms part of the Terms of Use.

1. Usage limits

  1. Each plan has limits on CPU, memory, traffic, storage, requests, build time, AI credits and similar resources. The main limits of each plan are shown on the pricing page.
  2. We may also set reasonable limits on items not shown there, to the extent needed to keep the Service safe, stable and fair.

2. Going over a limit

  1. If normal use reaches a limit, we will tell you in the Service or by email and offer options such as changing plan, buying more AI credits or reducing usage.
  2. If you stay over the limit after we have offered those options, we may restrict new builds or AI features, or throttle your Sites.

3. Emergency restriction and suspension

  1. We may restrict, isolate or temporarily suspend Sites or account features without prior notice when:
    • we suspect they are attacking the Service or third parties, or being used as a relay for such attacks;
    • abnormal load is affecting, or threatens to affect, other users’ Sites or the Service as a whole; or
    • we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, unauthorised access or payment fraud.
  2. In such cases we will tell you the reason and how to restore access as soon as we reasonably can.

4. Free plans and unused Sites

  1. The length of free plans, the AI credits they include and what happens when they end are shown on the pricing page.
  2. When a free plan ends, or when we cannot confirm payment for a paid plan, we may take Sites offline and restrict new creation and editing.
  3. We do not delete published Sites without warning. Except in emergencies or for breaches of the Terms, we will notify you by email or similar before deleting Sites or data, and give you time to export your data.

5. AI credit consumption rates

  1. The number of AI credits one use of an AI feature consumes depends on the AI model, the amount of processing and the feature.
  2. For reasonable grounds, such as changes in an AI provider’s prices or specifications or in processing load, we may change consumption rates for future use. We will give advance notice of materially unfavourable changes and take reasonable transitional measures for credits you have already bought (Terms of Use, section 4).
  3. You can see your AI credit consumption history in the Service.

6. Changes by AI providers and cost spikes

If an AI provider changes its prices or specifications, or ends or limits an AI model, we may switch to another AI model with equivalent capability, or change the AI models available or the usage limits. We will give reasonable advance notice of important changes.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service for:

  1. cryptocurrency mining, reselling computing resources or other computation unrelated to publishing and running Sites;
  2. services whose main purpose is a proxy, VPN, or file sharing or distribution;
  3. bulk email, spam, or as a base for scraping;
  4. creating multiple accounts or workspaces, or anything else, to get around the Service’s limits; or
  5. attacks on or load testing of third-party systems, or any other use that disrupts other users or third parties.

We may change this policy under section 15 of the Terms of Use.
