Websites and apps, built with AI

Apps and websites, built just by talking to AI

Tell us what you want to make in your own language, by chat or by voice. From a website for your shop or company to bookings, members' pages and apps for your hobbies, SKAEL's AI builds it and helps you publish it. No technical knowledge needed.

Websites and apps. For example

  • Restaurant website
  • Salon bookings
  • Yoga class timetable
  • Members-only news
  • Product page
  • Online shop
  • Customer account pages
  • Inventory app
  • Customer list app
  • Event sign-ups
  • Portfolio
  • Careers page and applications

Apps too

Not only sites people look at. Apps people use, too

Pages people sign in to, forms that save what is entered, a screen that lists your data. Things you used to hire developers for, built from a description.

Website

Tells people about your shop or company. Made to be looked at.

App

Book, sign in, look up data. Made to be used.

SKAEL builds both

01 Take bookings

Customers pick a date and time. Each booking is saved automatically and listed in your admin screen.

02 Members-only pages

Sign-up and sign-in are built in. Make news only members can read, or an account page for each customer.

03 Manage customers or stock

Record names, contact details or stock counts in an app you can search and edit. Decide who can see and who can change what.

04 A dashboard with your numbers

A screen with charts of sales or bookings. Handy for small internal tools too.

05 Receive enquiries, pass them on

Contact form entries are saved and, if you want, sent automatically to the system your team already uses (Webhook).

No server or database to set up yourself. When your app needs one, SKAEL creates it and connects it.

Templates

Start from a template, finish it in the chat

The kinds of sites people build most, turned into detailed templates. Pick one and the project is created right away; from there, change anything in the chat.

Start any way you like

Start from whatever you have

Describe it, paste an image, or bring a site you started elsewhere. Wherever you start, you carry on in the same place.

Describe it

Write the goal, the pages and the features you need. The AI plans the structure, writes the code and gets it running in the preview.

Paste an image or a design

Paste a screenshot or a mock-up and an AI model that reads images builds from it. Logos and photos can go straight into the site.

Pick a template

Bookings, an online store, a dashboard and more. The project exists the moment you pick one; grow it from there in the chat.

Bring something you started

Started a site elsewhere? Upload it as a ZIP file (developers can use Git too) and carry on with the AI.

Editing

Change it while you look at it. Click to change it.

No need to describe where something is. Point at it in the preview and change just that part.

01 Click and edit in place

Click a heading or a button and change its text, font, colour, spacing or image directly. Direct edits use no AI credits.

02 Ask the AI about one part

Select an element and press Ask AI. The element goes with your message, so the AI changes that part and leaves the rest alone.

03 Add instructions while it works

Send a message while the AI is working and it adjusts the running task. In Discuss mode you can plan without changing any code.

04 Versions and restore points

Every publish is saved as a version, and every AI reply or click-edit leaves a restore point, so you can rewind unpublished work too.

Integrations

Tell the AI which services you use

Stripe for payments, Gmail for email, Slack for chat, Notion and more. Add the services you use and the AI builds your app to work with them. Form entries can also go to your own systems automatically.

  • Stripe
  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • Slack
  • Twilio
  • Notion
  • Google Analytics
  • GitHub
  • Webhook

Apart from Webhook relay, your app's code connects to each service with your own API keys.

Search

Easy to find in search and in AI assistants

Check in one go whether your site is built so that search engines like Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT can read it properly.

  • One button to check

Ten things that are easy to miss, such as page titles and descriptions, image descriptions and broken links.

  • Fixes done for you

Where a fix is possible, press Apply fix. Publish and it is on your live site.

  • Suggested titles and descriptions

The AI suggests a title and description that fit the page. Check them before you use them.

It cannot promise rankings or mentions by AI assistants. It removes the common reasons a site gets missed.

How it works

A site or an app, in four steps

All you need is to describe what you want. From a template or from scratch, the flow is the same.

Start for free
  1. 1

    Say what you want

Write your business, your goal, the pages and features you need. Paste a reference image if you have one.

  2. 2

    Check it in the preview

What the AI builds runs in a preview only you and your team can see. Your live site is not affected.

  3. 3

Finish it with clicks and chat

Click a part to edit it directly, or ask the AI. Not happy? Go back to a restore point.

  4. 4

    Publish

Press Publish and it goes live on an HTTPS address. If an update fails, visitors keep seeing the previous version.

Use cases

Different people, different ways to use it

Take bookings and enquiries on your own site

Update menus, prices and opening hours by clicking them in the preview. Booking submissions land in your database and can be sent on to your own systems.

  • Booking and contact forms
  • Swap text and photos with a click
  • Your own domain (paid plans)

Show a first draft fast, refine it with the client

Describe the brief and a first version is ready to review in the preview. Invite people into your workspace and give them roles.

  • Members and roles
  • Fork a project to try another direction
  • Export source code and data

A site where your work comes first

Paste your photos and illustrations straight in for a portfolio or a blog, with a contact form if you want one.

  • Upload images, video and fonts
  • Contact form
  • Search and AI readiness check

A test page and a prototype the same day

A landing page with a waitlist, or a prototype with sign-in, from a description. Watch the analytics and ship the next version straight away.

  • Sign-in and a database included
  • Analytics and app metrics
  • Build with two models and compare

Bring your code and carry on with the AI

Import an existing project from a ZIP or Git and let the AI continue. For complex apps, Agent Mode (Business plan) gives the AI its own development environment where it can run commands.

  • Import from ZIP or Git
  • Export code and data any time
  • Agent Mode (Business plan)

Foundations

Safe to keep using after you hand it over

  • Regular security checks

Published sites and apps are checked on a schedule and any problems are listed. Fix them with AI straight from the list.

  • Kept apart from other customers

Each customer's environment is kept separate, and the programs the AI writes run in a protected space of their own.

  • Publishing that doesn't break

If an update doesn't go through, visitors keep seeing the previous version. You can go back to an earlier state any time.

  • Take it with you

Download the program and your data in one go. If you leave SKAEL, what you built is still yours.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is SKAEL?

A service where you say what website or app you want in everyday words, and the AI builds it and takes it all the way to publishing.

Can it make apps, not just websites?

Yes. Apps that save and use data, such as bookings, member sign-up and sign-in, customer or stock lists and dashboards, are built from a description too.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Describe it in the chat and click the preview to change things. If you want to see the code, you can read and edit it.

Can I use it for free?

Yes, you can try it for free, from creating a project to previewing and publishing it. The pricing page has the trial terms and what each plan includes.

What are AI credits?

What the AI uses when it works. Each plan includes a monthly amount and you can buy more. Direct edits in the preview don't use credits.

Can it build a site in Japanese?

Yes. Describe it in Japanese and you get a Japanese site. The SKAEL app itself is in English, Japanese and Vietnamese.

Do I need to set up a server or database?

No. When your app needs somewhere to save form entries or a member sign-in, SKAEL creates it and connects it.

Can I use my own domain?

On paid plans. Add the values SKAEL shows to your domain's DNS and the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.

Can I check it before publishing?

Yes. Your work runs in a preview only you and your team can see; visitors see nothing until you press Publish.

Can I undo changes?

Yes. Every publish is saved as a version, and every AI reply or click-edit leaves a restore point.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Download the program and the saved data (as CSV and JSON) in a ZIP file.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite people into your workspace and give them roles. The number of members depends on the plan.
